We Provide High-Quality NDIS Disability Support Services:
ACCOMMODATION/TENANCY: Our Accommodation and Tenancy service supports participants to find, secure, and maintain suitable housing. We assist with housing applications, tenancy responsibilities, and communication with landlords or real estate agents.
We also help participants develop the skills needed to manage their tenancy independently, including budgeting, maintaining the home, and understanding rental obligations. At Next Door Care Pty Ltd, our goal is to ensure participants have access to safe, stable, and sustainable accommodation that supports their independence and wellbeing.
ASSIST-LIFE STAGE, TRANSITION: Our Assist Life Stage and Transition service supports participants through important changes in their lives. Whether it’s moving into new accommodation, starting education or employment, or building independence, we provide guidance every step of the way.
We assist with planning, decision-making, goal setting, and developing practical skills such as budgeting and daily living. At Next Door Care Pty Ltd, we help participants navigate life transitions with confidence, ensuring they feel supported, prepared, and empowered to achieve their goals.
ASSIST-PERSONAL ACTIVITIES: Our Assist Personal Activities service provides support with everyday personal tasks to help participants live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. We offer tailored assistance based on individual needs, promoting independence while ensuring wellbeing.
Support may include help with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and other daily routines. At Next Door Care Pty Ltd, our trained support workers deliver respectful, person-centred care that empowers participants to maintain their independence and quality of life.
ASSIST-TRAVEL/TRANSPORT: Our Assist Travel and Transport service supports participants to travel safely and confidently, enabling greater independence and community participation. We provide tailored assistance based on individual needs, whether it’s attending appointments, work, education, or social activities.
Our support includes travel training, using public transport, accessing taxis or specialised transport, and building the skills needed to travel independently. At Next Door Care Pty Ltd, we aim to empower participants to move around their community with confidence and ease
DAILY TASKS/SHARED LIVING: Our Daily Tasks and Shared Living support helps participants manage everyday activities while living independently or in a shared home environment. We provide practical assistance with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and household organisation, while also supporting participants to build the skills needed for greater independence.

INNOV COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION: Our Innovative Community Participation service supports participants to engage in new and meaningful activities within their community. We focus on building confidence, developing new skills, and creating opportunities for social connection and personal growth.
This may include exploring hobbies, attending community events, joining programs, or trying new experiences that align with individual goals and interests. At Next Door Care Pty Ltd, we aim to empower participants to actively participate in community life and expand their independence in creative and engaging ways.
DEVELOPMENT-LIFE SKILLS: Our Development of Life Skills service focuses on building the everyday skills participants need to live more independently and confidently. We provide practical, hands-on support tailored to each person’s goals and abilities.
This may include learning how to manage money, plan meals, use public transport, communicate effectively, and handle daily routines. At Next Door Care Pty Ltd, we aim to empower participants with the skills and confidence they need to take greater control of their lives and participate fully in their community.
HOUSEHOLD TASKS: Our Household Tasks service provides practical support to help participants maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. We assist with everyday domestic duties that may be difficult to manage independently.
This includes cleaning, vacuuming, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, making beds, meal preparation, and grocery shopping. PARTICIPATE COMMUNITY: Our Participate Community service supports individuals to engage actively in their local community and build meaningful social connections. Therapeutic supports may include counselling, behaviour support, skill development, and strategies to manage emotional or psychological challenges. SUPPORT COORDINATOR: Our Support Coordination service helps participants make the most of their NDIS plan by connecting them with the right services and supports. We assist with coordinating services, building service networks, resolving issues, and strengthening participants’ ability to manage their supports independently over time.
